I struggle on a daily (hourly) basis to keep 4 teenagers fed. I create delicious and (mostly) nutritious recipes that are simple and fast – recipes that don’t require a lot of brainpower after a long day of working.
One of my favorite things is feeding friends and watching their faces light up with joy as they taste yummy food.
This is my Twin Foodie, Bess, and she’s in charge of testing and reviewing recipes. While I tend to be free spirited in my cooking, Bess actually follows recipes and carefully measures each ingredient. Her valuable feedback and reviews improve this site immensely.
While I live in the beautiful (and often rainy) Portland, Oregon, Bess lives in our sunny hometown where she routinely zigzags across the Texas/Arkansas state line. She is the epitome of Southern hospitality and hosts a fancy wedding brunch just as effortlessly as a backyard fish fry. She is the best, most loyal twin sister anyone could have.
